We are committed to making banking accessible for customers with disabilities, impairments and additional needs.
We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across our website, mobile app, telephone banking and branches where practicable. We review our services regularly and welcome feedback from customers and disability advocates.
